MM: When Sleep is so Good


The exhaustion hit me. The good kind. A year is finished, move out week is completed, graduated from my Masters program, and it’s like the sleep waited to catch up. I took a nap, and then another, a few more, slept in and then took another nap – in other words I’m now a bear in hibernation and recuperating and taking care of myself because it’s generally on the back burner. Listen to your body, when it needs rest – let it. Squeeze in a nap, take care of yourself, and sleep. It’s good for you and your body will thank you later. How do you recoup after a busy season?
