MM: How to make those Monday’s Better


Mondays generally get a bad rap, and they generally involve the things that make it harder and my clumsiness seems to be on full these days. But I truly believe that its the little things that count and can turn an entire day (or week) around, because Monday’s are such a great day to start off the week strong (even including the I just spilled the coffee I was really looking forward to on myself moments) Let’s start off the week in gratitude.  Here are some of mine:

  1. I’m thankful for the opportunity I have through time in the mornings to regroup and try to get some stuff done before the craziness that each day brings.
  2. The opportunity for learning experiences in both life and schooling.  Not taking for granted the second or third chances we might get to learn something, and as much as I’m counting down the assignments left in my Master’s class I’m thankful for it and being excited for another program.
  3. Chocolate banana oat muffins, because sometimes you’ve got to treat yo’self to start the day off.  And the opportunity to make a yummy healthy version so that I can eat more of them 🙂
